Welcome to the HRINZ Knowledge Base.
The HRINZ Knowledge Base is a web-based library of resources that relates to Human Resource Management updated in 2008.
The Knowledge Base is basically a ‘one stop shop’ for all your HR related enquiries with a wealth of information, articles, definitions, updates regarding legislative changes, links to relative agencies and other services that HRINZ offers such as Professional Development courses and HR guides etc.
The Knowledge Base can provide HRINZ members and HR professionals with uptodate practical advice, guidelines and tools that can be used when dealing with day-to-day issues of Human Resource Management in a quick and easy manner.
As Human Resource Management (HRM) is widely debated and discussed around the world and is an every changing paradigm. Particularly in today business world where the classification of HRM is currently moving towards demonstrating its strategic capability and prowess within the organisation, proving how HR can add value to an organisation by highlighting the benefits HR can have on the organisations finanical bottom line. With this in mind, HRINZ does not profess that our Knowledge Base is to be the only source of relevant HR information and have tried to provide links to various alternative sources of information on particular HR topics.
The HRINZ Knowledge Base has been aligned to the new HRINZ competencies and uses these competencies as its structure, so it’s now really easy to locate and gather all the right information in the right format.
To use the HRINZ Knowledge Base, all you need to do is search either by using the relevant HRINZ competency areas or by a specific word search criteria.
