HRINZ Education Endorsement Programme

The Education Endorsement Programme (EEP) is HRINZ’s commitment to endorsing relevant, quality professional development programmes for the HR community. This is achieved through participating tertiary providers meeting HRINZ’s standards and expectations through their courses or programmes.

Why EEP?

Learning events endorsed by HRINZ means that the tertiary provider has met the quality and relevance test for their learning events offered that are recognised and respected.

The endorsement process is consistent and credible, the criteria set for endorsement is stringent. Endorsement gives international portability to HR qualifications.

How to Apply

The tertiary provider is required to submit their on-line application for each learning event for endorsement at Entry, Advisory or Mastery level. The application must provide specific and detailed explanation of how the learning event meets the required HRINZ competencies expected of HR practitioners.

All submissions need to adhere to the rules and regulations for Education Endorsement. Submissions are considered by a panel comprised of Senior HRINZ Professional Members. Read more about the application process.

If you have questions regarding the Education Endorsement Programme in more detail, please contact the EEP Manager, email eep@hrinz.org.nz.
