HRINZ Terms & Conditions
All courses and webinars in the HRINZ Professional Development Programme are subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Registration for a course or webinar implies that you intend to attend and agree to pay the invoice.
- Payment is required before the commencement of the course or webinar.
- When making payment you need to quote the invoice number as the payment reference number.
- If you register and pay at least four weeks prior to the commencement of a course, you will be eligible to receive an early bird discount. Webinars are not eligible for this discount.
- All courses and webinars in the HRINZ Professional Development Programme are subject to the cancellation policies detailed below.
- If you decide to join HRINZ as a member between 1 January and 31 March in any year, and you register to attend a HRINZ event at the member rate, to be eligible to do so we require you to pay for the following year’s membership fees at the time of registering.
- If you are based overseas and wish to register to attend any course or webinar, HRINZ requires you to pay for the event on registration by credit card. Your registration for that event will not proceed until payment has been received in full.
- HRINZ member, guest and credit vouchers are not valid to be used for Professional Development Programme courses. These can only be redeemed at local branch events.
- HRINZ reserves the right to substitute presenters or reschedule or cancel the course in circumstances beyond its control.
CANCELLATION POLICY
An appropriate substitute participant is welcome any time before the course or webinar starts. Please let us know the replacement’s name. If you have booked on a HRINZ member price and a non member is to attend in your place you will be invoiced for the difference in price.
Professional Development Programme (except SHRM)
- A full refund of fees will be made if a cancellation is received in writing 14 full days prior to the commencement of the course or webinar.
- A 50% refund will be given for cancellations received in writing between 8 and 13 full days prior to the commencement of the course or webinar.
- No refunds will be given for cancellations received 7 full days or less prior to the commencement of the course or webinar.
Strategic Human Resource Management Course (SHRM)
- A full refund of fees will be made if a cancellation is received in writing 42 full days prior to the commencement of the course.
- A 50% refund will be given for cancellations received in writing between 29 and 41 full days prior to the commencement of the course.
- No refunds will be given for cancellations received less than 8 full days prior to the commencement of the course
