Registration fees are as follows: (note: ‘Member’ refers to individual membership – HRINZ does not offer corporate membership)
Early Bird Registrations received on or before 31/07/2006
Member $1,095 + GST = $1,231.88
Non-member $1,345 + GST = $1,513.13
Non Early Bird Registrations received after 31/07/2006
Member $1,295 + GST = $1,456.88
Non-member $1,545 + GST = $1,738.13
Registration fees include all conference sessions including Wednesday Fringe Sessions, Wednesday evening Welcome Reception, Thursday Networking, Thursday Conference Dinner, Friday Breakfast, all lunches and coffee breaks.
Additional tickets are available for purchase for the Welcome Reception and the Conference Dinner, please indicate that you require additional tickets on your registration form.

Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to attend and written notification is received by Conference Managers on or prior to 23rd of August, a refund of registration fees less a cancellation fee of $100+gst will be issued. After 23rd August, no refunds will be issued. Delegate substitutions are permitted up to and including the day prior to the conference commencement. Please advise Clockwork immediately of any such amendments rachel@clockwork.co.nz. Payment is due upon registration. If payment is not made before commencement of conference, HRINZ and or/the conference event managers reserves the right to cancel registration. Please note by registering for this conference you are deemed to agree to these terms and conditions.
Registrations must be received by 5pm Friday 1st September 2006 at the latest.
