Measuring, reporting & Leveraging Human Resources (Workforce Analytics & Reporting)

Led by Stephen Moore, Optimum Performance

Presented by the Human Resources Institute of New Zealand

7-8 April 2008

The Workshop

Almost every day in every organisation we measure, report, analyse, forecast and project on every key facet of business operations except for one - our Human Capital.  While CEO's can readily access performance data in key areas including revenue/income, service delivery, operations, expenditure and quality, very little if anything is regularly provided in relation to workforce management.

In a trading environment where labour costs constitute one of the largest annual operating expenditures incurred, why is it that we struggle to effectively measure and report on our workforce too?

Who should attend this workshop?

The course is designed for Human Resource professionals in organisaitons seeking to initiative and develop their capability in the areas of Workforce Analytics and Reporting.
