This unique course and coaching experience was created by Dr David Keane based on his extensive study and coaching with some of the world’s most successful business people over a period of 20 years. Dr Keane says that, from his experience, “The most successful people seem the least busy”. These successful business people think and work in ways which are different from less successful people. This means they can work with greater energy and vitality. They also achieve superior results for their organisations while at the same time living balanced and fulfilling lives.
So what then are the secrets of successful people? This highly interactive course allows you to learn these secrets in a way that you can include them in your life immediately. A key part of the course is the individual 1-hour coaching session with Dr Keane one week following the course. This allows you to try out some new ideas and discuss your experiences in a supportive way.

What do successful people really do? Based on a detailed study of effective people conducted by Dr Keane, we can recognise certain patterns and learn from others.
• Living by choice, not by chance
The course will explore the concept of being deliberate. Deliberateness is about choice and about how much we choose to exercise our choice. Being deliberate places us in the driving seat of our own lives. It pervades every aspect of life, inside and outside work. It involves taking the decision to lead ourselves. This is a choice critical for our performance. Being deliberate applies to each of us regardless of the role we are in.
• Tools and techniques that really work
We explore a number of ways of managing yourself, your time, and your work environment to ensure strong alignment between what is important and what you actually do.
• Making it happen for You
In preparation for the individual coaching session, we provide the opportunity for you to plan what tools and techniques will work for you in your unique situation.

Dr David Keane
David Keane PhD, is a former business school dean, university professor, and business executive. He now dedicates his time to helping people live their lives with greater effectiveness and meaning.
Dr Keane is an expert on the habits of successful people. For over 20 years he has worked with some of the worlds top business leaders to unlock the secrets of their success.
He has used this knowledge, combined with his skill as a master teacher, to create inspiring courses and workshops that have a profound impact on his students. He has successfully coached many people ranging from CEOs to factory workers.
Dr Keane works globally and lives with his family in Wellington, New Zealand.
Cancellations
An appropriate substitute participant is welcome anytime before the course starts. Please let us know the replacement's name. A full refund of fees will be made if a cancellation is received in writing on 14 days prior to the commencement of the course. A 50% refund will be given for cancellations received in writing between 14 and 7 days prior to the commencement of the course. No refunds will be given for cancellations received less than 7 days prior to course commencement.
