Description of Position
Temporary *18 month fixed term contract *Based in Petone New Zealand Post Group consists of a range of businesses providing communication and business solutions. From the core mail business through to banking and digital solutions, New Zealand Post Group is a vibrant organisation that has been integral to the kiwi way of life for 170 years. We are currently evolving and developing as a Group to create a more agile, streamlined and coordinated business that will continue to meet the needs of our customers into the future. We are looking for an experienced HR professional to work within our busy Operations HR team. You will be a successful and high performing HR practitioner with proven experience working with and partnering with senior leaders in commercially driven organisations. One of your key clients is based in Palmerston North so you will be required to visit on site 2-3 times a month and more frequently from time to time. You'll know how a large and diverse business like ours operates and will be comfortable working across all levels of the business to achieve results. You will be an outgoing self starter who enjoys working alongside leaders to drive change initiatives that will deliver our future business success. You will have solid experience working across all HR disciplines and be flexible to provide assistance in any area. There are challenges but that is what will also make this role appealing.
