Our HR team is looking for an HR Advisor to be a part of this dynamic and changing environment.
Key Areas of Responsibility
You will work alongside managers to ensure they have the support, skills and knowledge to lead their respective teams to success, and support them in employee relations work. You will lead our employee engagement, values, and diversity initiatives; a hugely exciting opportunity to build on the current environment and impact on the working lives of our 800+ staff. You will also contribute to and lead organisational development and continuous improvement projects.
To be successful in this dynamic role you will have highly developed interpersonal skills as well as a solution and win/win focus, experience as an HR Advisor and a relevant tertiary qualification.
