Description of Position
Human Resources at Inland Revenue is a great place to be right now, there is a lot of interesting and challenging work taking place across the organisation and HR is playing a key role in supporting that work. We are looking to fill two roles, one permanent full time, the other a 6 month fixed term contract.
The Learning & Development team is no exception. We have a couple of team members working on projects across the business at present and this has resulted in these vacancies becoming available.
This is an excellent opportunity for you to utilise and grow your experience and knowledge in a committed and supportive team that has innovation and delivery as a priority.
We are looking for two high calibre L&D professionals to join us. Your expertise and experience will be vital in analysing business needs and performance gaps, building relationships with managers and peers, to deliver L&D solutions that make a difference.
You will get to use and grow your experience with consulting, project work, and designing approaches that lever more than just the traditional approaches. Your experience with blended learning solutions and/or Learning Management Systems would definitely be an advantage.
