Description of Position
This newly created role reports to the L&D Manager and is pivotal in maximising our existing workplace learning activities as well as ensuring that the FB Learning Academy delivers relevant and cost effective learning solutions. This will include the delivery of relevant technical and behavioural programmes including sales force effectiveness, health and safety training and operational excellence programmes. You will also be responsible of new frontline leader programmes across Australia and NZ.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Your key relationships will be with senior teams, HR teams, external providers and your key customers, our staff. You will have at least 5 years in learning and development as a profession, have experience in implementing blended learning solutions and be able to deliver key projects within complex, decentralised business environments. We will want to call on your networks within government and industry training bodies, as well as your excellent organisational, training and facilitation skills.
