We retail electricity in New Zealand through our Meridian and Powershop brands, offering innovative energy products and services.
Description of Position
We're looking for an experienced and commercially savvy OD and L&D specialist to join our dynamic Capability team.
As part of this high performing and successful team, you will be given the opportunity to truly partner with the business to identify, design, develop and deliver innovative capability solutions that add real value.
You will make your mark through your high quality, pragmatic and timely capability, learning and development consulting service.
You'll have strong organisational development knowledge, instructional design and facilitation skills including the ability to impact and engage people at all levels. You will have experience in leadership development, talent and management development, project management, as well as best-practice learning methodology. LSI Accreditation would be a bonus, but resilience, calmness under pressure, impeccable coaching skills and a great sense of humour (and ability to laugh at one self) are compulsory.
