Description of Position

*HR Leadership
*Support key transformational change in our business.
*Fixed Term - Two years.

Our business is changing. The New Zealand Post Group wants to be the physical network provider that New Zealanders choose to do business with. To help us get there, we’re building a physical network that’s sustainable in the long run.
We seek to appoint an experienced HR Project and change Manager to lead the strategy, planning and implementation framework of People and Change enablement stream within our “Network of the Future” programme.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and action oriented leader who is energised by the challenges inherent in changing the way our business operates. If you have experience in leading transformational people, process and behavioural change - and know what it takes to deliver big outcomes, then you’re in the ballpark for the requirements for this role. We’ll look to draw on your past experience and results and for you to show us your depth of people and thought leadership in being part of the project team driving change.

You’ll have an enquiring mind and a high degree of intellectual horsepower to turn towards the challenges we will face implementing our plan to reinvent our physical network. You’ll have ten years plus experience as an HR/Change leader and at least three years plus of proven Project leadership as a part of that.

The reward will be to be a part of a significant organisational change programme for one of New Zealand’s most trusted brands. We are a great place to work and in this role you will have the ability to directly influence the future culture and make up of our organisation.
