Our specific responsibilities include environment management, flood protection and land management, provision of regional parks, public transport planning and funding, and metropolitan water supply.
Description of Position
Are you an energetic and motivated experienced HR practitioner? Are you interested in managing a great team of HR staff and providing excellent customer service and delivery to an organisation that is passionate about the region? Are you interested in making a difference by being inspiring and innovative in your ideas and approaches? If so, we would love to hear from you!
We are looking for someone who:
o Has a strong background in human resource management, organisational development or employment relations
o Is a leader who places value on working with and through people and understands how to encourage, motivate and inspire others to achieve the best possible results
o Is experienced in managing staff, whether in a management role or project management role
o Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills
