Description of Position
Leading by example in a professional services environment, you will be managing our national and industry specific sector market surveys to provide our clients and consultants with the most effective comparative information and tools to benchmark remuneration and rewards packages. You and your team of remuneration survey analysts develop, produce and distribute a range of remuneration surveys, data solutions, industry specific reports and other information services to meet identified client and industry needs. This critical role will require you to competently manage resources (time, people, data and budgets), become involved in market and business development, manage a range of concurrent projects, play a key role in the development of new product offerings and make a strategic contribution at the management table. This is a key position on our management team and is remunerated accordingly. Key Areas of Responsibility
Highly analytical and with the ability to interpret data and write interpretative reports based on statistical information, you will already be experienced with Remuneration and Human Resource Information Systems. You will be very proficient with Microsoft Office Products, particularly Excel, and have been exposed to CRM, relational databases or statistical analysis software. You will also have demonstrated your ability to manage multiple projects and balance resource requirements, often with competing demands. Ideally you will have marketing and PR skills which will enable you to participate in developing new product offerings, communicating effectively and developing strong working relationships with clients. Whilst an ideal candidate will have specialist remuneration survey management experience, we are interested in speaking to other remuneration consultants or specialists who are looking for their next challenge.
Remuneration and Benefits
Salary $110K to 110K + performance bonus at 15% of base. 5 weeks leave per annum
