Description of Position
We're looking for an experienced HR generalist to join the team and help us deliver results to our clients.
Key Areas of Responsibility
As a Manager in our People and Organisation Advisory team, you'll work with leading organisations to advise and consult on a range of HR strategies including Organisation Design and Change, People Performance and building Organisational Capability. In this client facing role, you'll help organisations reach their potential through people and create a stronger employer brand.
You'll have experience in an internal Business Partner or external HR Consulting role, preferably gained within a sizeable organisation. You'll have a proven track record in Organisational Design and Operational HR and be able to guide the implementation of organisational structure design and change. In your HR Operational roles, you'll have held a seat at the management or executive table and be able to demonstrate your role as a Business Advisor and experience of supporting Business / HR transformation. Added to this will be your solid relationship building and communication skills and a relevant HR or business degree.
