Description of Position
Reporting directly to the GM Safety & People, this senior level role will provide leadership and direction to the Central HR Services Team and work collaboratively with Business Unit HR Managers to implement the delivery aspects of the HR Strategy for KiwiRail. This role will have specific responsibility for HR policy, HRIS, performance management systems, the Recruitment Centre and remuneration strategy and systems.
Key Areas of Responsibility

With wide ranging, commercial HR experience, you will be able to demonstrate success in providing organisation wide, operational HR support and advice.
