Description of Position
You've got a solid base of reporting and analytical experience and knowledge of PeopleSoft - now it's time to put these skills to good use, with rewarding outcomes. The role requires someone who is focused on identifying, analysing, interpreting, and reporting on HR information. There is a requirement for this role to train users, test system changes and produce reports from PeopleSoft. Proven expertise in report design and human resource reporting development using technology is a must.
You will also have strong technical skills in HR Information Systems, with strong skills in the use of reporting tools and the interpretation of data. You can easily pick up new technologies and methodologies. You will be required to provide key human resource information, along with the analysis of that data, to Managers within ACC so that they can effectively manage their business units.
