Description of Position
Human Resources Advisor (maternity leave cover) This is a fixed term contract where the breadth and depth of your HR skill-base will be utilised. As the sole HR support to the organisation you will work closely with senior management and project teams to provide a broad range of HR and payroll services. We are seeking someone with at least five years generalist HR experience at an intermediate level and a relevant tertiary qualification. You will have a sound understanding of current employment law and a good knowledge of contemporary HR best practice. You must also have strong communication and relationship management skills. Te Reo Maori would be an advantage as would experience in the use of Payglobal. This is an exciting opportunity to support health outcomes for Maori and is a full time fixed term position based in the heart of Wellington CBD.
