Description of Position
We are on the hunt for a Senior HR Analyst to join the HRIS team at Auckland Council. You will be solutions focused, enjoy problem solving and possess strong skills in data collation, analysis and interpretation. Therefore, it is essential you have a demonstrated competence in the MS Office suite and in particular advanced skills in MS Excel. A keen eye for detail as well as the ability to see the big picture are essential in this role. This role will be responsible for coaching and mentoring the team, therefore previous experience as a people manager is desirable for this role. You will be customer orientated and have excellent stakeholder engagement skills, which allows you to form strong business relationships across the HR Shared Services function and across Council. Technical Competencies
We are looking for a SAP guru, in particular experience with SAP HCM. You will have a minimum of five years experience in an analyst role with HR focus and have demonstrable thorough knowledge of HR business processes and reporting.
