Permanent Full Time Position Housing New Zealand Corporation is a Crown entity which delivers tenancy and asset management for approximately 70,000 state rental properties. We are an organisation of around 1000 employees spread throughout the country. The HR Services team is seeking a Payroll Advisor to assist with the day to day operations of our busy payroll function. This position is an integral part of the team, ensuring employees are paid in a timely and accurate manner, and providing advisory support to the Corporation. This position also has the opportunity to support system and process development and improvements as we work towards providing a service recognised for excellence and best practice. As an organisation currently undergoing a significant transformation programme, we are seeking a payroll professional that has worked within an environment of integrated HRIS systems and has been part of process improvement initiatives. Requirements of this position also include relationship management across the wider group and with external suppliers as required.
