Description of Position
Our global HR team takes care of worldwide recruitment, payroll and HR for Orion Health. Reporting to the Global HR Manager, this role will be responsible for implementing organisational development programs by creating new initiatives and aligning overall business strategies with HR strategies. You will have demonstrated experience in leadership and succession planning, career planning, talent management, implementing change and have extensive knowledge of HR legislation.
To be successful in this role you will have:
• A post graduate tertiary qualification in HR or equivalent
• More than 5 years experience in HR as well as OD experience
• Strong Microsoft Office experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
