As the exclusive licensee for Development Dimensions International (DDI) in New Zealand we offer leading edge competency based HR solutions. We also offer a wide range of the more predominant psychometric assessment tools used in the NZ market.
Description of Position
Assessment Focus Auckland CBD Our services include: Assessing leadership capability and potential using assessment tools and leading assessment centre platforms by DDI; leadership development from emerging to senior leader level; organisational culture development; performance consulting; competency based HR systems and frameworks; and outplacement and career planning. This exciting and high impact role requires an organisational psychology qualification with eligibility to become a registered psychologist. Applied post graduate experience is essential, with a focus on leadership assessment and evaluation, using competency based approaches. The role leads our psychometric and broader assessment capability to a wide range of client organisations, working with other consultants and independently. You will also work on larger OD projects. A strong desire to build and manage client relationships and a passion for delivering high quality solutions and assignments is important in this role; so proven experience in a consulting environment is preferred.
