Description of Position
HR Shop is a growing business based in Wellington. We are looking for a HR Star to join our team to service a variety of clients.
This role will provide an exciting opportunity to help a variety of businesses grow and develop.
We are seeking a enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team and work with our clients. This role would suit a strong intermediate HR generalist - 5+ years experience. Experience with small/medium businesses would be an advantage.
To be successful in this role you must have solid generalist experience. You must have proven ability in:
- Employment documentation
- Managing performance
- Employee relations
- Training design and delivery
You will also have solid relationship building skills and enjoy working with business owners and senior managers to develop strategies and implement operational plans.
This is a new role and will grow and develop with the business. There are also opportunities to become involved with business development and design.
Remuneration and Benefits
Up to $80,000
