Description of Position
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be accountable for providing advice and support to a diverse group of people, businesses and functions. You will be responsible for proactively coaching and supporting leadership teams on key people management and organisational development initiatives.
Key Areas of Responsibility
• Coaching and supporting people leaders • Delivery of HR programmes that build people and organisational capabilities • Providing expert advice and some operational support in core HR disciplines • Co-ordinating Remuneration • Supporting Recruitment and Talent management • Advising on ER and IR matters.
Behavioural Competencies
To be successful in this role you will have a passion for making a difference to organisational performance and outcomes through people. Ideally you will be degree educated in HR or a relevant business related discipline with strong generalist HR experience. A sound knowledge of HR policy, employment law and employee relations is essential, as is a proven ability to work in a commercially focussed organisation with geographically dispersed teams.
