High performing team on essential Auckland infrastructure. Based at Greenlane.
Working with 150 staff for a 24 hour 7 day week operation.
Description of Position
To develop and maintain HR systems that continue to attract retain and engage staff.To support Managers with HR issues and documentation. To strengthen the organisations training and development culture and systems.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Assist Managers with recruitment processes and documentation.
Ensure all documentation meets high professional standards
Improve and organise induction programme.
Coordinate activities with Health and Safety efforts
Manage and maintain trainng and professional development systems.
Work with Managers on building strong culture.
Ability to treat individuals and orgnisation with sensitivity and discretion.
Accruate Record keeping
Strong verbal and writing skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
Understanding of HR Management and administration
