Description of Position
While you’re still fairly new to the HR scene, in the last couple of years you have developed a good understanding and knowledge of many facets of HR, such as policy and procedure. If you’re now looking to apply that in an organisation where you will be given opportunities to showcase your skills and knowledge, then we are the organisation for you!
This is a busy and very hands-on role; your responsibilities will include bulk recruitment, induction, immigration enquiries, staff uniform, and daily database administration. This role also has a strong employee relations focus during the ski season where you will be working with the other HR team members to support the HR Manager in providing a professional HR advisory service to our staff and managers.
As well as bringing your technical knowledge of recruitment, database use, and employment relations to the role, you will have a high attention to detail with proven administrative experience, amazing interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with all manner of people, and most importantly self-motivation and initiative.
