HRtoolkit is the HR Manager for small businesses, and we have a great range of tools and packages that we use to help small business owners make the most of their most valuable asset, their staff. As a result of a new business opportunity we are looking for an experienced HR advisor to come on board and join the growing team.
Description of Position
Do you have a passion for HR and adding value through the work that you do? HRtoolkit is the HR Manager for small businesses, and we have a great range of tools and packages that we use to help small business owners make the most of their most valuable asset, their staff. As a result of a new business opportunity we are looking for an experienced HR advisor to come on board and join the growing team. In this role you will predominately be providing a broad range of HR consultancy advice to small businesses over the phone so you need to be a confident communicator, with a good telephone manner and most importantly, with a proven track record in HR. In addition effective listening and problem solving skills will be key to success in this role.
