Key Areas of Responsibility
We are looking for an experienced People & Capability Adviser with proven generalist and recruitment experience combined with the ability to drive and manage issues independently. Working as a key member of a small team, reporting to the manager you will work on all aspects of the HR spectrum and have specific responsibility for developing and implementing the new recruitment and on-boarding process.
Key to your success will be:
• Your ability to lead HR activities proactively with a drive for great business outcomes
• A Generalist HR base of experience including recruitment
• High levels of written, verbal and presentation skills
• The ability to translate the HR projects into operational deliverables
• A real desire to “get out in the business”
