Recruitment Advisor (Job# 007219 ) Dunedin Hospital Full time, Fixed term Our Recruitment team is seeking two new enthusiastic team members who are keen to make their mark working in the rewarding field of healthcare, one in our Invercargill office and the other in our Dunedin office. These positions are filling parental leave vacancies within our existing team. As a Recruitment Advisor you’ll work closely with our managers providing strategic guidance while processing vacancies from end to end. Your internal customers seek expert advice around sourcing strategies, campaign planning, process and ultimately finding the right person for their teams. The ability to build internal customer relationships and to work confidently alongside senior management is essential. We are looking for someone with a bright, positive personality and a ‘can do’ attitude to create rapport and work successfully with a variety of personalities. Your commitment to customer service will ensure the candidate experience is a positive, memorable and consistent process. While we would prefer you to have significant recruitment expertise we are open to applications from organised high level administrators with an interest in health care and recruitment. The ideal applicant will have the ability to 'hit the ground running' as well as build successful and positive internal relationships quickly. While the administration component to this position is relatively high; it is open to strategic input and campaign planning ensuring a proactive approach.
