Description of Position
OD Advisor 1x Invercargill and 1x Dunedin positions Full Time, Fixed Term • Diverse OD Role • Large Organisation • Opportunity to Get your Teeth Stuck into! Our Human Resources Group at Southern District Health Board has a number of strategic initiatives underway. As we move towards further developing our organisation into one DHB and strive towards being the most desirable DHB to work for in New Zealand. Working within the Change Team in this full time, fixed term position of up to 2 years you will hold your own portfolio but also be required to get involved when it’s all hands on deck within the team. This is an ideal opportunity for you to make a positive contribution to the team and organisation, if you have an interest or experience in the following; structural, behavioural and cultural change initiatives, capability, leadership development and systems, practices and process change within the organisation. You’ll be working closely with the OD Advisor from Invercargill and the wider Change Team, and internal clients. It goes without saying that you will have exceptional communication skills, a high level of organisation and time management and be able to pick up new business idea’s and concepts quickly. You’ll bring to us 5+ years experience in OD Advisory or Learning & Development Advisory experience within a large and complex organisation. Experience in a Health setting is preferred but not essential, as is Myers Briggs accreditation, experience in Appreciative Inquiry and also certification in the Lominger tool.
