Description of Position
Join broad based OD team – Assessment focused role Auckland CBD Long established, Sheffield is recognised for its services in leadership assessment and development, both in the context of search and selection of key leadership roles and also in talent management and leadership development initiatives. We use a wide range of the more predominant psychometric assessment tools used in the NZ market and also provide DDI’s internationally recognised assessment centre solutions.
Key Areas of Responsibility
This exciting and high impact role requires an organisational psychology qualification with eligibility to become a registered psychologist. Applied post graduate experience is essential, with a focus on leadership assessment and evaluation, using competency based approaches. The role leads our psychometric and broader assessment capability to a wide range of client organisations, working with other consultants and independently. You will also work on larger OD projects. A strong desire to build and manage client relationships and a passion for delivering high quality solutions and assignments is important in this role; so proven experience in a consulting environment is preferred.
