Pod Consulting specialise in Organisational Development and Human Resources and we work alongside businesses as their strategic partner. We take a tailored approach to OD and HR, focusing on what our clients need to help them increase performance, productivity and profitability. Our key business areas are Organisational Development, HR, Employment Relations and Recruitment.
Description of Position
We are seeking a down to earth individual who has a strong HR and/or OD background and who will enjoy a fast paced role, working for many clients, from varying industries, on very different projects. One day could see you devising workforce plans and addressing performance management issues, the next could see you coaching a leadership team and addressing serious misconduct matters.
As an experienced Consultant you will feel confident developing effective relationships with existing and new clients. Your generalist HR knowledge (perhaps with an employment relations leaning), desire to excel and the ability to think outside the box, will ensure that our clients receive a superior service and see a return on their investment.
Everyone in our team contributes to our overall success. If you would enjoy working within a small team with big plans and goals, this may be the opportunity you have been seeking. Ideally you will have worked within the SME market and have strong background in business.
