Human Resources Group
As an HR Administrator you will be involved in all the administration associated with an employee's lifecycle.
You will want to work in HR and be either a graduate with a relevant qualification or an Administrator who wants to be challenged with a comprehensive HR Information System (SAP) and well established HR policies and processes. You will have the ability to understand complex employment related documents and agreements and will relish the challenge of being given a discrete task and connecting the dots to ensure consistent issue resolution.
You will excel at customer service, have the confidence to professionally ask questions and demonstrate both change and learning agility. Your Word and Excel skills, attention to detail and organisational ability will be strengths. You will work effectively within a small team and willingly support our Shared Services philosophy.
This is a Full-time, Fixed-term position up to 1 February 2013 to cover parental leave.
