The Payroll and Employee Records Manager role is part of the People Support Services team and is responsible for leading the team that provides professional and efficient services to ACC.
Apart from ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of the full operational payroll service, key to your success will be your:
*Leadership skills especially with coaching and development
*Relationship management skills with both internal and external stakeholders
*Records Management - ability to design, maintain and ensure all records and data management systems meet all audit and legislative compliance requirements
*Proven HR systems ability
*Problem solving and risk mitigation skills.
