Description of Position
The HR Team at Millennium Hotels & Resorts is currently seeking an outstanding administrator to join them. This position primarily involves being the ‘champion’ of the HR and Training Administration across the company.
Key Areas of Responsibility
You will be involved in:
• Preparation of correspondence ranging from letters and agreements to presentations and ad hoc communications
• Maintaining HR and Training systems including databases, spread sheets and online tools
• Co-ordinate and provide HR and Training reporting and statistics
• Providing admin support to the HR and Training team (e.g. travel arrangements, expense reports, event co-ordination)
You will be joining an energetic HR team so you will need to be flexible in your approach and prepared to take on and juggle a variety of tasks. You should have intermediate skills in the MS Office suite of products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and have strong administration skills. Some knowledge of HR practices and procedures would be advantageous but more important is your flexibility, initiative and ability to prioritise.
