We are looking for a motivated and highly competent HR Advisor/Senior Advisor to join our Auckland team on a 12 month fixed term contract. You will support our team to create a work culture that attracts, retains and engages talented people.
Key Areas of Responsibility
As part of our dynamic team, you will be providing excellent service to the wider firm, supporting them using your sound generalist HR knowledge. You will play a significant role providing best practice HR advice, as well as working on strategic initiatives.
You will be resilient with an outward personality and a strong relationship builder who enjoys interacting with all levels of people. You will have excellent time management skills, are commercially astute and take things in your stride. You will also possess the ability to diagnose HR needs and understand what interventions to put in place, as well as being a strong influencer who does not come across as the HR police
