Mighty River Power generates and provides electricity to Kiwi homes and businesses around New Zealand. We produce more than 90% renewable generation, from low fuel-cost hydro and geothermal sources. Description of Position

Key Areas of Responsibility
As part of the HR Operations team based in our Greenlane office, you’ll be responsible for providing all aspects of HR reporting, analysis and investigative reasoning. You’ll also have the opportunity to prove your skills in developing a suite of reports that suit the business, maintaining these through our online reporting tool. You’ll also optimise data from multiple HRIS sources and configure into meaningful outputs in a consistent and logical way.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, systematic, accurate with exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills. A positive, proactive approach to daily work life will see you exceed, as will a focus on achieving results.
Technical Competencies
You’ll have exceptional excel skills at an advanced level, a strong working knowledge of the fundamentals of a payroll function coupled with strong HR practices. Experience with PayGlobal would be helpful although not essential, as the person in this role will have a positive, can do attitude.
