Description of Position
• One year fixed term • Change orientation This is a fixed term contract reporting to the Group Manager Human Resources to assist this high profile organisation to embed new people initiatives. To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent planning and project management skills together with a solid track record in developing and implementing human resource initiatives. Experience in reviewing HRIS systems would also be an advantage. You will manage a small team to complete a key work programme designing and embedding human resource initiatives, frameworks and tools. Key to your success will be your professional interpersonal skills, highly collaborative approach and ability to bring people along with you. A suitable tertiary qualification is desirable.
