• Capability design and development knowledge • Experience leading a team An opportunity exists for a dynamic and innovative individual to lead the Organisational Capabilities team. You will lead the design and development of people strategies, frameworks and tools. You will be required to actively engage with business leaders, build trusting relationships and provide solutions that will drive organisational performance. Your ability to adapt, to deliver solutions in a fast moving and complex environment along with the drive to achieve results is essential. Applicants must have knowledge of current trends in contemporary HR disciplines such as workforce planning, reward and recognition and performance management. You need to be an excellent technical leader, have a high level of strategic ability, have a proven track record in people strategy and planning; and be an excellent communicator.
