In this diverse organisation, you will lead the design, development and implementation of people capability frameworks, initiatives and tools to shape ongoing transformation and equip people for the future. Working with senior leaders, you will continue to build talent management, leadership and management development. You will be reporting to the Group Manager Human Resources and will lead a small team. Your collaborative style, ability to translate strategy into solutions and results focus will be key to your success in this role.
