Description of Position

As part of our Finance team, this role effectively contributes toward the company's direction through the accurate and timely payment of our 300+ employees (fulltime, part-time and casual) and our suppliers. Attention to detail is a key aspect to this role.

Our ideal candidate will be a self-managing multi-tasker who prides themselves on their problem solving and numeracy skills, is solution focused and takes a proactive approach to improving systems and processes.

To succeed in this role, you will also need relevant work experience including:
• Previous payroll experience required, preferably with Datapay and DataESS;
• Accounts Payable experience preferable but not necessary;
• Have the ability to learn new systems quickly;
• Have a strong customer focus; and
• A willingness to learn and possibly take on other Finance tasks.
