Key Areas of Responsibility
As Manager of the Centre for Workforce Capability and Leadership, you will be responsible for fostering the development of a workforce that is skilled, able and willing to improve the quality, safety and value of patient care. A skilled workforce manager, you are able to develop a plan to address capability gaps, create the framework and develop programmes that will ensure our workforce professional development needs are met.
