Description of Position
Reporting to the CEO and part of the Senior Leadership team, this role will suit an HR Professional who has demonstrated leadership and strategic capability, but mostly enjoys the day to day operational tasks with HR. You will be an action oriented, aspiring HR Manager who couples strong relationship management with excellent technical skills.
This role will draw on your ability to build strong working relationships across a nationwide organisation, along with external stakeholders. You will be called upon as a trusted advisor to support your peers, providing constructive, strategic advice which aides in the building a collaborative culture. In this role you will be delivering business as usual activities such as recruitment and employment relations advice along with manager coaching. The role will be supported by a HR Coordinator and work closely with a CEO and leadership team who are supportive and committed to furthering HR initiatives.
