We need a passionate HR manager who can help us achieve our HR strategy. You are a manager who can build credibility with the leaders in your client group and who is able to support, develop and motivate your HR Advisor to deliver service to a very high standard.
This is an exciting opportunity for a tertiary qualified HR professional with proven ability to influence and implement people strategy as well as delivering proactive solutions.
You will have broad generalist HR experience and demonstrate knowledge and understanding of employment legislation.
This role is challenging and varied, relying on your excellent influencing and communication skills.
The prevalence of project work, new initiatives and demanding business as usual across the HR team will ensure no two days are the same.
