Our client is the New Zealand operating subsidiary of a large multinational in the hi-tech sector. The organisation is recognised as a market leader, both globally and her e in NZ.
The role of HR Manager reports to the NZ Managing Director and is a member of the senior management team. It is responsible for all aspects of the HR function and has a particular focus on high quality advice to the senior management team, project management and effective implementation of change & policy. Whilst the role wears the strategic hat for HR in NZ, the focus is on effective management, business credibility, relationships & operational execution.
This role will suit an HR generalist who is a good all-rounder in terms of HR functional experience, project management & delivery. Proven experience in the commercial sector is required. Experience in the hi-tech sector (such as IT&T), retail or supply chain industries would be helpful but is not essential. You could be an HR Manager at business unit level or senior HR Advisor and looking for your next career step.
As a guide, remuneration package is negotiable and anticipated to be in the vicinity of $90,000 to $95,000 + annual bonus + benefits (medical insurance, life insurance & Kiwisaver).
