Transfield Worley designs, builds and maintains industrial plants for New Zealand and international customers in: Power generation, oil and gas, refining, petrochemical, dairy, wine, food and beverage, forestry and minerals processing industries. We are supported by our international parent companies Worley Parsons and Transfield Services, both global leaders in engineering, project delivery and maintenance services.
Description of Position
The HR Business Partner role is broad and varied; you’ll have at least 5+ year’s practical experience working in an HR generalist role. You’ll be working with leaders in the business in aligning HR activities with business needs as well as participating in the design of strategies and programs that deliver value to our business.
The ability to build effective relationships, intuitive yet professional, energy and drive, resilience and committed to deliver will be the words other people use to describe you.
Transfield Worley has some thriving and growing business throughout New Plymouth, Auckland, Hastings, Wellington and the South Island so you’ll be required to travel as part of this role.
