Your analysis and advice will help our leaders across the country better understand our workforce capability and capacity. While you will have strong Excel and Access skills, you're as comfortable dealing with numbers as you are with people. You will juggle spreadsheets and analysis with understanding business needs and building effective relationships with our team. As a confident communicator, you will thrive with opportunities to connect with our HR Directors, Business Partner teams and other specialist HR and finance groups.
