Extract, interpret and translate HR data Quantitative and qualitative analysis Business performance reporting This is your opportunity to look behind the numbers and tell the story. Extracting and analysing HR related data, you will be able to identify patterns and trends and help translate this in a way that users can clearly understand. This role demands advanced Excel and Access skills and you will also need to be able to complement your analysis with written narrative to explain the context behind the numbers. Experience working with payroll systems will be an advantage. You are also confident building relationships and enjoy working within a team environment.
