The New Zealand welfare system is undergoing one of its most significant reforms of the past 50 years. Our dedicated HR business partner team operate at a senior level, sharing their expertise with our Deputy Chief Executive, Executive Management Team and Regional Management Teams throughout New Zealand. You will have the opportunity to lead and contribute to substantial projects and operationalise ideas and strategies into action that make a real difference. You'll be part of an energetic and collaborative, customer centric team. Your proactive, can do attitude is a must. You will also have access to specialist HR practitioners that are part of the wider HR community across MSD. We are looking for an experienced senior HR practitioner with confident leadership skills. You'll enjoy building and developing relationships and be stimulated by continuous improvement and challenge. Please note there is some domestic travel involved.
