Auckland District Health Board is looking for an enthusiastic graduate to join their HR team in an Analyst/Project Co-ordinator capacity. The successful candidate will have proven numeracy, analytical, and planning skills, and an undergraduate qualification in HR, applied psychology, or a related field.
With your curious, investigative nature you will play a vital role in analysing, interpreting, and reporting on workforce data to management, and maintaining a job evaluation and remuneration database. You will also be responsible for co-ordinating HR-related projects and ensuring documentation and progress reports are maintained and distributed as required. Your perseverance, analytical mind and your willingness to learn and absorb new information will help you make a positive impact on the business.
High level of communication skills, both oral and written is paramount, as is proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Previous data analysis experience, project coordination and understanding of healthcare in New Zealand are advantageous.
